Kim L McClure is an award-winning speaker, coach, mentor, emcee and author who spent more than 34 years as an Independent National Sales Leader with a Leading Global Direct Selling Beauty Company, inspiring thousands of women to build successful businesses, grow in their leadership, and discover their God-given purpose.

She is a John C. Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker and was recognized as one of Pittsburgh’s Top 20 Business Women.

Kim and Bob have been married 34 years & live in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. Together they have 3 adult children, 4 grand-dogs and 3 grandchildren.  Kim’s favorite title is “Gigi.” When she’s not coaching or speaking, you’ll find her volunteering at church, traveling, cheering on her grandchildren and the Pittsburgh Steelers, or simply making memories with the people she loves most.
